Yes. Send the draft, a brief explanation of the proposed arrangement and any signing deadline. The scope of the review and the fee will be agreed before work begins.

Yes. Explain who the parties are, what information needs protecting and how it will be used. He can advise on an existing NDA or the terms required for a new one.

Yes. He works with overseas clients, including in Dubai, the United States and Spain. State the parties’ locations, any governing-law clause and your deadline. He will assess the appropriate scope and whether advice from a locally qualified lawyer is needed.
